So, today instead of volunteering the usual 6 hours at the library and museum like I usually do every Saturday, I spent my day at Camp War Eagle! It was just a retreat- the acual camp is in the summer. It's an awesome camp- horseback riding, ropes course, rock wall climbing, power pole, lake stuff (skiing, tubing...), the cove (more water stuff- the blob, water trapeze, water slide...), swimming pool, archery, riferly, mountian biking, fishing, mini golfing, tennis, basketball, beach vollyball, every sport imaginable, parties every night, mission impossible (mission impossible is a thing that happens one night at the camp where you and your cabin sneak out at night and try to find the "treasure" before anyone catches you. All cabins must find a treasure.) Anyway, Camp War Eagle is the bomb. Today I was hanging out with some friends from my cabin that went with me during the summer and some boy that was tagging along with them that went to their school. His name was Blane. Anyway, he was really cute (I know I like Josh, but I can still think that someone is cute... right?) and I think he liked me too. He was nicer to me than Amber and Nadine, even though we just met today. I don't know- maybe he was just being polite- that was probably it. But it would have been AWESOME if he liked me too. Amber said that she thought Blane was cute. I think I felt a twang of jelousy when she said that, but if she where to go out with him, I still have Josh!! lol ^_^ The sad part is, he doesn't even know my email or phone number, so the possiblity of him calling me and sweeping me off my feet is very, very slim. I'll just have to wait for the next prince charming to come along- and remember to give him my phone number.

I may only be in 9th grade, but I do know what love is... and love it!! ^_^ (OK, yeah, that was corny!!)  There is this boy-  I won't say his real name in case he is reading this (if he is, hi!! ^_^)- named Josh (remember: Josh is not his real name. I only know one Josh, and he likes to wear girl clothes, so I DEFINATALLY don't have a crush on him). He plays the bass in my orchestra class (there are many boys who play the bass in my class, so HA!). He's tall, and likes to read manga, just like me.  He's smart, but doesn't try to hide how smart he is like a lot of guys who are trying to be 'cool' by not being smart. He's just smart, and that's that. He is athletic (I love athletic guys!!! ^_^) and always treats girls with respect. He can be corny at times, but isn't every guy??? lol Anyway, Josh is in my spanish class with me and he was trying to get back to his seat, but my friend was standing in his way in the aisle. Well, he didn't see her, so he accidently ran into her. So she moved away real fast, and he stumbled over to where I was standing. Then- and this is the exciting part!!- he put his hand on my shoulder and said "excuse me Juliette", then went to his seat. WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that it doesn't mean he likes me (after all, he was just being polite), but it sure does make me feel happy!!!! :)  YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Josh touched my shoulder!!! MY shoulder!!! MY SHOULDER!!!! KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SO excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stop screaming from joy!!!! :) :) :) :) :) I am SO excited!!!! KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! Ok, I'm done! No more! (kyaaa!! ok, now i'm done!) Gosh- I'm acting like Johnny Depp proposed to me or something.... (and yes, I do think that Johnny Depp is amazing!! lol) Oh wow- 9th grade love!!

Shun Oguri-  (小栗旬) my favorite actor of all time. ^_^ He is, as you have probably guessed it, a Japanese actor. He is amazing- a very hard worker, who can act many roles- from being a bullied school boy, a detective, a bully, a boy who falls in love (which is my favorite character he played!! ^_^)  and many many other roles.  Here are some facts that I found about him:

~He is left handed

~When he has two consecutive days off from work, he likes to go surfing.

~Some fans have nicknamed Shun "Shunkerbell".  It probably has something to do with Tinkerbell... ^_^ lol

~He can speak English, but not fluently, though he did express his want to do so.

~In the drama Hana Kimi, when Sano (the character Shun plays) gets  drunk, he starts kissing everyone. Well, in one drunk scene he had to kiss fellow actor Toma Ikuta (who plays Nakatsu. He is another great actor!! He won an award for his great acting in Hana Kimi... ^_^), and it took 12 takes to get the scene just right (eww!!), but the best kissing scene was with Horikita Maki (who plays Mizuki in the show. She is another great actor!) in the last scene of the drama. (The kiss was so cute! The whole time I wa going, 'Awwwww!!!')

~ He was born December 26, 1982 in Tokyo, Japan.  (that makes him 25) What a nice Christmas present!! ^_^

~He won an award for his movie "Crows Zero".

~Shun made his way into the acting industry not because he knew he had a great talent for it and not because he was pursuing a passion of his, but because he was an avid admirer of Uchida Yuuki, a Japanese actress. He loved her acting and was a very big fan of her's, and because he wanted to meet her, he joined theater and acting classes. He admits he didn't really like theater or the acting classes, but somehow, his ambition to meet his idol -- and the pretty girls in his class -- kept on driving him. Now, Shun says acting is his life and wouldn't want it any other way.

~Shun has more than enough talent for lead roles, but he has stated that he actually prefers playing the supporting roles.

~Besides acting, he is also a DJ. He is hosting a radio show called All Night Nippon.

~ An impressive actor, he stars in roles such as a deaf person in Summer Snow, a desperate virgin in Stand Up!!, Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers) as quiet and cool Rui Hanazawa, and Gokusen as the gangster "wannabe" Uchiyama Haruhiko (Uchi). Recently, he starred in the drama Hana Kimi as Sano Izumi. (Hana Kimi was my favorite of his!!)

~Shun's best friend is Takashi Tsukamoto, an actor, model, and singer. Shun and Tsukamoto acted together in a drama - Stand Up!!. Tsukamoto was a popular womanizer while Sano's character, Kouji, and his friends tried to pick up advice and hints from the super idol so they could get a girlfriend themselves. Shun and Tsukamoto have also modeled together in a yaoi magazine once.

~Sano's first widely publicized girlfriend was Mari Yaguchi. On April 10th, 2005, she and Shun's relationship was uncovered by the tabloid magazine FRIDAY. Shun and Yaguchi had been dating for a year already until then. She quit Morning Musume fifteen days after the paparazzi incident (one day before the publish of the magazine), stating that she had "betrayed [her] position as an idol" and that she "want[ed] to move on with [her] career as an adult." Fans speculated that her management, Up-Front Agency, forced her to "quit" since it is fairly understood that members of Morning Musume are not allowed to have boyfriends to uphold their pure "idol" image. Several newspaper accounts note Shun for being a gentlemen throughout the whole ordeal and realizing how much Yaguchi had to give up to be with him. The two reportedly broke up in April of 2006. The reason they told the public was because they both became too busy to see one another.

~As of August 2006, it has been reported that Shun and Miho Tanaka are going out, although both parties have declined commenting on the matter. But as of April 2007, the same tabloid magazine that uncovered Shun and Yaguchi's relationship was also responsible for publishing photos of Shun and Tanaka on a date. Tanaka is a model, and has modeled for magazines such as Seventeen, mina, and non-no. The two supposedly met early in the summer when they both modeled for mina magazine, and found that they have a common interest-surfing.

~Since starring in Hana Kimi together, Shun and Toma Ikuta (who plays Nakatsu) are very good friends. In interviews, both Shun and Ikuta have said that they call and mail each other very often.

OK, so if you have watched a few of those videos that I posted to on the last post, you probably have been thinking- "I see a drummer, like, in every video,  but you said that the drummer is rarely seen". Ok- let me clear a few things up.  In all the videos I posted (except Sayonara and Ikenai Taiyou) the drummer in the video that you see so often is Kitao (aka Kat-chan to most people). He was the reason Orange Range came into existence. He left the band due to tendinitis on  his left little finger around the end of July 2005- but it has been said that Kat-chan left the band due to "creative differences".  He has since joined another band that I hear is pretty good!  Good luck Kat-chan!! ^_^

So, today after school I went down to the vet with my mom and sister to take my 2 cats (Smokey and Stubbey!! ^_^) to get their shots. Well, while we where there we learned some very interesting things about our cats, that we had no idea about. First we learned that they are 2 years old each, not 8 months like we thought. (wow, we where off!) Second we learned that both cats are both girls!! We thought that Smokey was a boy... oops! lol And to top it all off, we learned that both cats are pregnant, and close to giving birth, too. (We go in for a couple of shots, and we learn all this stuff! Wow...) So now we are all confused- should we go ahead with getting them fixed like we planned, or not? What are we going to do with 10 extra cats? Where are we going to put them? Well, I guess we are just going to have to find out what happens. I don't want to get them fixed, because that would mean killing 10+ innocent kittens. But then again... 10 EXTRA CATS??? Crazy!! ^_^

For some odd reason, I've suddenly have fallen in love with Japanese things. Pocky (yummy yummy! It's a breadstick covered in chocolate or any other flavor. You can find them at wal mart in the aisan cuisine section for a dollar a box), manga, anime, shows, and MOST definataly- the music. (I blame all this sudden love on my friend, Ten-chan... thanks Ten!) There is a jpop band that I really like called Orange Range. You can go onto youtube and watch some of their videos (with english subs of course! lol) One of my favorite songs by them is called 'Kirikirimai' or, in English- 'Round and Round'. It is so awesome! They preformed Kirikirimai live at this one place, and WOW!! There was fire and everything! It was one of their best preformences. They also preformed one of their songs "Sayonara" (or 'Good bye" in English) live and it was just as amazing! My fave is 'Ikenai Taiyou' (aka 'The Bad Sun'). Ikenai Taiyou is the theme song to my fave show- Hana Kimi!!! (Yes, it is a manga and live action drama!!! Yeah! 2 in 1!! lol) 'Locolotion' (aka- locolotion! lol It translates the same in English) is cute- but very raunchy!  (It's about hot girls... need I say more?? But the beat is good). 'Hana' (aka 'Flower' in English) is amazing. It has beautiful meaning and wonderful words. 'Viva Rock' (It is the same in English) is about the world uniting and just being peaceful and happy, and also it is about Japan needing to come out of their dictating country and becoming a free country. (That's why they spell 'american' in the song) . 'Champion' (The same in English) is one of my faves!! It's about rocking out and loving life even when nobody else is! It's a very cool song- it makes you dance!! The band is made up of 5 people- Yoh (plays the bass, and my fave band member), Yamato (high vocals),  Ryo (low vocals), Naoto (guitar), and Hikaru(medium vocals... i think that's his name... i'll check it out and come back later and fix it ^_^). There is no drummer- well, there used to be. His name was Kat-chan, but he left because of a disease on his pinky, and for certain reasons that he won't disclose. There is a drummer, but no one knows his name. (Well, at least the public... lol) Creepy, I know!! lol Their music is awesome, they are very popular, they hold amazing concerts, everyone loves them... and you should too!! ^_^ Go onto youtube and watch some videos of Orange Range (I suggest 'Champion' to any first time Orange Range viewers!! It's awesome!! Type in 'Champion Orange Range' and the first result that pops up should say 'Champion Orange Range with English Subtitles' or something like that. Just make sure the title says 'with english subtitles'... lol) Have fun!!!

Ok, so when I'm being depressed about horrible grades and being depressed about my mom not trusting me about anything since I get horrible grades, I pick up a great book and get HAPPY! :) Lately that book has been the series 'Hana Kimi' by Hisaya Nakajo. It's a shojo manga about a girl named Mizuki who disgises herself as a boy to get into a all boy's bording school in Japan. But she's not going to an all boys bording school for no reason. She's doing to be with her high jumping idol-  Sano. All sorts of things happen (including meeting a gay school doctor, a boy who is in love with her, even though he thinks she is a guy) but in the end, it ends with romance. ;) I think you would like it!! Hana Kimi is what makes me happy when I am depressed!! :)

Ho Hum... the life of a 9th grader is hard. WAY harder than most people think. I mean come on- 9th grade is the begining of high school. You have to get good grades so that you can get into good classes in 10th grade or POOF you fail all of high school, then won't get into college, and THEN you won't get a good job. The rest of my life depends on how well I do this year in school. And I'm already failing. At the beginning of the year I got good enough grades- A's, B's, a few C's. But last quarter I did REALLY bad in English (you see, I refused to read Great Expectations, so I failed all the tests...lol) and got a D. My Mom doesn't know yet... but when she does find out, I am in SO much trouble!! I'm already mad at myself, I don't need my mom yelling at me. Now, if I don't get an A this quarter in English, I'm not gonna get into AP world history. :( So, you see? 9th grade isn't as easy and care free as most people say. They say, "just wait till college". Yeah, well I say: "I won't get into college if I don't do good in 9th grade". *Sigh* Hmm... yeah, I'm depressed. But, hey! I want to be a film director when I grow up, and no way will a grade in school tell me that I can't be a film director just because I got a D! *Sigh* But life would be easier if I got good grades.... (maybe I should stop day dreaming during math...)

wow- it has been almost a year since my last post!! I have really been slacking! Yes, well I am now in 9th grade- yay- and still boyfriendless... *sigh* Christmas was great! I got lots of great stuff. But sadly, no car. In just four months I will be 15!! Yayyyy! Parrtttyyy!! Then I can get my PERMIT! Yes!

hey everyone! im having the BEST summer vacation EVER! i go to the boys and girls club, but, as i am a teen, all the teens get to go places! we went swimming yesterday, and monday we're going to have pedicures, and we are all trying to persuade mrs.lindsay, the staff there, to let us have a lock-in! i've made TONS of new friends and, well, may never want to go back to school again!!!

so, you guys are tellig me that you need BATTERIES for the wireless mouse? darn technology... There goes my hopes and dreams, down the tubes... here i was thinking batteries where a thing of the past! i am SO behind on technology!

hello! i wasent around cause of testig at school. (sigh) well, here i am! so, anyway, the dance is coming up.... iam so anxous! and nervous.... and terrified.... and HORRIFIED! oh no, now i dont want to go!

it is spring break! yay!!! im here at the boys and girls club, being bored beyond beleif!!! oh well, at least there is still computers! thank goodness...

I AM SO EXCITED! you see, i had left my orchestra folder in my science class, and i thought i had lost him forever!! then, out of the blue, snotty kim found it!! so in honor of her finding my baby, i have changed her name from snotty kim to SNOBBY kim! it is so much less gross!!

i don't like zach anymore! there are many resons you see... first of all, at lunch yesterday i bought him luch because he didn't have any money!  but then when i was walking to his table i heard him say, " i've got a new girl to buy me lunch! she is so gullible! i hope she got me the hamburger!" who wants a guy like THAT? plus, if people where dinosaurs, and the size of the dinosaur was baised on their popularity, i'd be a cockroach next to a t. rex!!! with that much difference, there is no way i could go out with him!!!

i have to got to pick my grade up in english! it is sagging way low...

zach smith is SO hot! it is too bad he likes payton the ugly cheerleader! he is so nice, and he never calls me ugly. u got 2 like that in a guy!!

here i am, at school. bored. up next i have to go to spanish. i hate spanish! there is no use for it in the world! like i am ever going to go to mexico and hold a 2 hour conversation with some guy selling tacos!!!
